Windrose

Windrose are used to show wind conditions. Meteorologist use windrose to give a graphic view of how wind speed and direction are distributed in a particular location. The above image is an example of a 36 direction windrose of Maine. The windrose was used to show how wind can have an affect on air quality in Maine.
