Star Plot

Star plots give you the ability to compare multiple variables for each observation at once. The plot above is an analysis of automobiles from 1979. With this data we can analyse each individual type of automobile or we can compare all of them. The different values are used to represent the value of the automobiles. One represents the price, two represents mileage, three represents 1978 Repair Record, four represents 1977 Repair Record, five represents Headroom, six represents Rear Seat Room, seven represents Trunk Space, eight represents Weight, and nine represents Length. From the data shown you can see that the AMC Spirit was not the best value at that time.
