Classed Choropleth Map

Classed Choropleth maps determine height and shading or color intensity of the bar for each map.It is usually based on statistical data. The map above has 5 classifications. The classifications are represented in different hues of green (light yellow to dark green). This map is also considered a standardized map.The purpose of the map is to show the amount in dollars spent on each student in the Public Education System of North Carolina from 1994 to 1995.
